New FCLM Commercial By Rail City Media

This week, the FESTIVAL DU CINÉMA LATINO-AMÉRICAIN DE MONTRÉAL has launched a commercial produced by Rail City Media and Directed by Adam Reider. “I wanted it to have a little bit of a foreign film flavor to the overall look.” Says Adam. ” I think it’s a fun spot and hopefully will get audiences out to see this really cool festival.” Rail City Media is really proud to be working with a festival like the FCLM. The commercial will be airing on Global TV and will also play about 80 times in front of each film that plays the fest this year.

Infinity Loops In Production Homestretch

After over a year and a half, Director Adam Reider is on the homestretch to finishing principle photography for his documentary “Infinity Loops“. For the next two weeks or so, Adam will be filming major interviews with key players from the film. “It’s been a long process to get these interviews.” recounts Adam “I’m excited to complete this phase of the process and get started on putting it all together.” The first of many final interviews was with Landscape Architect Malaka Ackaoui (pictured above) who shared her views on nature in urban spaces and the importance of the Dawson Peace Garden (which she desined). Infinity Loops is a documentary following the positive strides a community has made after the Dawson College school shooting in 2006. Rail City Media is looking at a 2012 release of the film.

Nina Slash Showcases Live Talents!

Nina Slash has released a rehearsal video giving fans a taste of the bands live performance. This new video, produced by Rail City Media, showcases the energy and full sound that the rarely-seen-live Nina Slash brings to their performances. Even though this is a video of a band rehearsal the video still manages to showcase what the full band sound is like. “There is a different feel to the songs when you play as an ensemble instead of as a solo artist.” Says front man and writer Pablo Duran. “It definitely felt good to play with them. “. [the backup band] Pablo Duran is at the helm of Nina Slash on guitar and vocals backed by guitarist Sean Arsenian (The Great Sabatini) drummer Graham Leduc (Modern Ghost) and bassist Martin Delahaye. Plans for a live Nina Slash show are currently in the works.

YM Style is about to get a complete internet makeover thanks to Rail City Media. YM Style is fashion boutique with 5 stores around the Montreal Area as well as an online store, specializing in classy yet comfy styles for women. “It’s a very exciting project and we’re looking forward to pushing YM Style into the internet community.” Said RCM’s Adam Reider. The project consists of a brand new web series launching in early December. Fashion Designer and owner Yvonne Marie is the host of the web series entitled “The F-Word”. Also coming soon will be the all-new photo content for the YM Style website as well as YM Style long awaited social network appearance with a new Facebook. Twitter and Youtube presence!

Endast Teaser Trailer Finally Here!

After a whole summer of filming, Rail City Media finally gives Endast fans a sneak peek into the upcoming Endast DVD officially titled “Where I Belong”.
The DVD will showcase Endast’s insane live performances during the ‘Black Cloud’ CD release tour, and includes footage of Endast ripping it up at two of Canada’s elite metal music festivals: HEAVY MTL & HEAVY TO. The exclusive behind the scenes footage and extra special treats from the band will put you right in the tour van with Endast.
